We’re seeking a motivated entry to mid-level personal injury litigation paralegal (0-5 years of experience) who takes this work seriously, shows up every day with professionalism and focus, and values being part of something bigger than themselves.
Who You Are
A litigation paralegal with a paralegal certificate or equivalent professional experience
Highly proficient in legal software, calendaring, and Microsoft Office tools
A clear and confident communicator with strong writing and client-relations skills
Focused, reliable, and capable of managing multiple competing priorities
Steady under pressure - and comfortable managing a caseload of 25+ litigation files
Someone who values accuracy, accountability, and teamwork
What You’ll Do
Manage a portfolio of active litigation cases from filing through trial
Draft pleadings, disclosures, discovery, subpoenas, and related documents
Maintain and monitor deadlines through accurate calendaring and tracking
Communicate effectively with clients, court staff, vendors, and opposing counsel
Coordinate with attorneys on strategy, trial prep, and daily case needs
Provide clients with regular updates and a sense of confidence during a stressful process
Qualifications
A paralegal certificate or equivalent professional experience
Experience with legal software, calendaring, and Microsoft Office

Compensation: $60,000 to $80,000, based on experience
