We (at The Ryan Firm) are a dynamic and growing team of exceptional litigators with diverse local and national clients who are themselves dynamic and growing. We are seeking a litigation attorney with a minimum of 4 years of experience. We are looking for an attorney who thinks strategically, writes concisely, and wants to be a better lawyer. We handle business and civil litigation in state and federal courts which includes banking, real estate disputes, partnership disputes, business disputes, and secured lending litigation. About The Ryan Firm The Ryan Firm, APC was formed in July of 2004 by Timothy Ryan with attorneys Andrew Mase and Rosty Gore becoming shareholders in 2024. Attorney Mase serves as the Managing Attorney for the firm and spearheads the firm’s appellate practice. As Trial Team Manager, Attorney Gore works with all Ryan Firm attorneys in case preparation so that when the time comes to answer “ready” for trial, the client’s likelihood of success is maximized.
We assist financial institutions, loan servicers, lenders, property managers, foreclosure trustees, foreclosure buyers, real estate developers and investors in all manner of litigation – from hotly contested high-value evictions, partnership disputes, to wrongful foreclosure defense, mortgage servicing defense (state statutes and TILA, HOEPA, and RESPA both as individual claims, and class actions), foreclosure challenges, and declaratory relief actions. Additionally, The Ryan Firm serves as quasi-in-house litigation counsel for mid-sized companies to manage litigation across the United States. The Ryan Firm is admitted to practice in both California and Nevada – and practices before nearly every state, federal, and bankruptcy court.
