We look forward to hearing from you! Our firm is looking for an Associate Attorney, who is barred in PA or NJ, having both is a plus. The ideal candidate will manage when appropriate, litigate landlord/tenant cases and resolve legal disputes by developing agreements, negotiating contracts, settling claims and advocating for our clients. This individual will identify goals, provide legal advice and guidance, build and maintain strong relationships and provide an overall excellent experience for clients of this firm.
Responsibilities
Negotiate and draft legal documents, including contracts, agreements, and settlements Represent clients in court proceedings and hearings Conduct legal research and analysis to support case strategies Prepare legal briefs, motions, and pleadings Provide legal advice and guidance to clients Collaborate with colleagues and senior attorneys on complex cases Maintain accurate and up-to-date case files and documentation
Experience
Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school Admission to the state bar association Strong knowledge of legal principles, procedures, and regulations Excellent research, writing, and communication skills Ability to work independently and handle multiple cases simultaneously Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Note: This job description is not intended to be all-inclusive. The associate attorney may be required to perform other duties as assigned by the supervising attorney or firm management. The hired attorney will be responsible for following the firm’s court calendar. The attorney may work remotely before, after, and in-between scheduled court hearings throughout the day.
