Represent the firm by appearing for court appearances and trial preparations. Attend board meetings for community associations, as needed, to support clients. Draft and prepare contracts, motions, briefs, judgments, letters and memoranda to ensure client preparedness. Conduct legal research using Westlaw and continuously learn to stay up to date. Locations: Randolph, New Jersey; Florham Park, New Jersey Work Location: In person Job Type: Full-time Compensation and Benefits
Salary range: $75,000.00 to $85,000.00 for entry level; $90,000.00 to $105,000.00 with 2-4 years of experience. Medical and dental insurance for eligible employees after 90 days. 401K retirement plan for eligible employees after 6 months of service. Sick Leave in accordance with NJ Earned Sick Leave PTO (Vacation Time and Personal Days) offered Note: Salary varies based on qualifications, experience, education, and licenses. Company Description
Griffin Alexander, P.C. has over 25 years of experience in Community Association law, representing over 225 Community Associations, and in Landlord-Tenant law representing over 300 apartment complexes across New Jersey, New York and Pennsylvania. We provide responsive representation in a timely fashion and offer construction defect litigation, collection of delinquent fees, ADR, interpretation of governing documents, drafting resolutions, contracts and amendments, evictions, leases, landlord/tenant disputes, rent control hearings, and Civil Rights actions.
