LHH is proud to partner with a highly regarded boutique law firm in search of an HR & Legal Recruiting Coordinator. Manage day-to-day HR operations, including payroll administration Screen and evaluate legal candidates submitted to the firm Collaborate with leadership on recruiting strategy and hiring needs Support administrative functions and assist senior legal staff as needed Contribute to a positive office culture through team engagement and communication Growth Potential

This role is ideal for someone with ambition to grow into a broader administrative leadership position. Ideal Candidate Profile

3–5 years of HR experience, preferably in a professional services or legal environment Prior law firm experience is a plus but not required Experience in legal recruiting or candidate screening strongly preferred Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills High level of discretion, professionalism, and initiative Culture Highlights

Hybrid role: 3 days onsite in Downtown LA and 2 days working from home. This posting is a representative sample of the types of roles we typically place with our clients. Depending on the specific client, location, and role, the salary range is estimated to be

$80,000 to $105,000
