Ideal candidate
7+ years civil litigation experience, 5 of those years in labor and employment and / or class action work
Experience serving as a lead attorney, mentoring junior attorneys and developing staff
Strong organizational skills, time management and the ability to handle multiple complex cases simultaneously
Superior analytical and legal research skills paired with legal strategy skills
Strong written and oral advocacy skills
Demonstrated career advancement
JD from ABA-accredited Law School
California licensure, in good standing
