Corporate / Transactional Legal Administrative Assistant

to join our client's law firm. Location: Sterling Heights, MI. Daily in the office. No hybrid. Permanent employment: Salary range dependent upon experience. Job Description

This position provides secretarial and administrative support to attorneys. The ideal candidate must demonstrate strong attention to detail, excellent proofreading and writing skills, the ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment. The candidate should have 4+ years of experience in a law firm setting. Must be conversant in the preparation and filing of corporate and limited liability company organizational documents (i.e., Articles, Amendments, Bylaws, Resolutions, Operating Agreements, FEIN Applications, etc.), including litigation searches, UCC searches, and preparation of schedules. Should have familiarity with real estate searches and filings with Register of Deeds. Compensation
