Our career paths are designed to foster your growth and further your career. Many of our alumni have gone on to become leaders and executives at high-growth companies. Meet Our CEO, Jen Igartua

Having started her career as a marketing operations consultant, Jen realized early on that misalignment between go-to-market teams was a huge challenge for fast-growing companies. This is when she became passionate about RevOps (even though the term itself wasn't a thing yet). As CEO of Go Nimbly, Jen draws on her years of experience as an operator and technologist, leading the team to do challenging, innovative work that helps companies grow. On a more personal note, it's also very much worth mentioning that Jen is originally from Spain (read: will always choose tapas if given the option), loves cats and comedy, and has a side hustle designing board games with her friends (who aren't us).
