We are seeking a

full-charge, accountable Office Administrator

with prior experience in the construction industry. This individual will manage administrative operations, support leadership, and ensure the smooth functioning of office and project coordination tasks. Responsibilities

Office & Administrative Management

Oversee day-to-day operations of the administrative team Develop and implement office procedures and communication protocols Maintain systems, equipment, supplies, and documentation Ensure a professional, efficient, and organized office environment Executive & Operational Support

Support the Owner in implementing sales and marketing plans Assist with insurance programs, corporate compliance, and meeting coordination Coordinate hiring processes and onboarding Project & Construction Coordination

Assist project managers with bids, proposals, and documentation Help manage contracts, purchasing, and estimating activities Download plans and specifications; obtain permits and quotations Prepare cost breakdowns, shop drawings, reports, and correspondence Attend job meetings and support project file management Organize and track invoices, mail, emails, and calls
