Minimum – Anticipated Maximum Base Salary: $43,888 - $53,200 / year In addition to base salary, we offer an annual bonus plan based on company and individual performance, or a role-based, uncapped sales incentive plan. Only in special circumstances, where a candidate has education, training, or experience that far exceeds the requirements for the position, would we consider paying higher than the stated range. Provide detailed analysis of the player database to identify opportunities for increased revenue, market share, and spend efficiency Facilitate the implementation, tracking, and reporting of all marketing activities Develop predictive modeling utilizing historical data for promotional effectiveness and labor needs Pro forma and postforma development for evaluation of all marketing initiatives Coordinate list management and queries for direct mail and email recipients under provided guidelines More about you
Excellent math and analytical skills and the ability to analyze data from various perspectives No college degree required Experience creating Excel reports using data from SQL Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, and PowerPoint Must be able to obtain and maintain a state gaming license Weekends, holidays and swing shift work may be required Shift details
