Responsibilities

Technical support role for the platform

Deal with L1/L2 tickets

Escalate to L3 in case of a need

Collaborate with different stakeholders

Investigate and provide comprehensive details for quick resolution

DevOps experience

Skills Must have

Atlassian tools (Confluence/Jira) knowledge

Linux administration and troubleshooting experience

Good networking understanding

Strong communication skills (Intermediate English or higher)

Nice to have

ITIL - incident and change management (ServiceNow)

Scripting languages knowledge

Git (GitHub) knowledge

Zabbix monitoring platform

Cloud (AWS) and DevOps knowledge

Experience with Kubernetes
