Site Visit Extender
supports the Office of Experiential Education (OEE) by conducting formal site visits to evaluate and enhance the quality of pharmacy practice experiences for PharmD and PharmD/MS in Pharmacogenomics (PGx) students. Working collaboratively with the Director of Clinical Education and OEE personnel, this part-time role plays a key part in ensuring preceptors and sites deliver meaningful, high-quality learning experiences. Overview
What You\'ll Do is described below: What You\'ll Do
Conduct site visits to evaluate and support preceptors and experiential sites. Assess site quality and student learning opportunities, documenting findings and recommendations. Collaborate with OEE staff to identify sites in need of review or follow-up visits. Complete interviews and written reports summarizing site and preceptor feedback. Maintain accurate documentation and communication with the OEE team. What You\'ll Need
Valid driver’s license and ability to travel within the U.S. Highly desirable:
Professional degree in pharmacy (PharmD) from an ACPE-accredited program Licensure or eligibility for pharmacist licensure in the region of visitation Experience as a preceptor for student pharmacists
Strong organizational, communication, and administrative skills. Proficiency with MS Office, Adobe Acrobat, and general computer applications. Proficiency in spoken and written English (required); Spanish proficiency preferred. Why Manchester University?
