Headquartered in Baton Rouge, LA, serves patients across Louisiana and Mississippi through a network of hospitals, clinics, physicians, elderly housing and integrated information systems. FMOL's St. Francis Hospital located in Monroe is looking for 5 PC techs for a 6 month contract that could possibly be extended up to 12 months. Responsibilities
Provide tier I desktop support to St. Francis Hospital; troubleshoot hardware and software issues, upgrades, and new asset requests. Support hardware and software for devices including desktops, laptops, thin clients, wall-mounted cabinets, wall-mounted equipment with motorized lift, WOW workstations, mobile devices and printers; look up machines in Active Directory. Follow centralized processes for building laptops, desktops and thin clients; support ServiceNow ticketing system; start on tickets to acclimate to the environment and participate in projects as available. Qualifications
2 years IT experience required; with Associate or Bachelor's degree, 1 year of experience may be accepted. Exceptions possible based on education; preference for candidates with at least 1 year of IT experience even with a degree. Familiarity with hardware, Active Directory, ticketing systems, and basic imaging/deployment; strong customer service and communication skills. Willingness to enter patient rooms and operate in a hospital environment; ability to assemble and configure hardware; comfortable working in a fast-paced setting. Windows 10/11, ServiceNow, Office 365; experience with printers and mobile devices is a plus. Pay and Benefits
