Review claims with outstanding balances and follow up with insurers and patients to collect revenues Analyze denials, identify trends, and recommend process improvements to enhance collection rates Verify insurance information, order medical records, and submit appeals for denied claims Communicate effectively with franchise partners and other departments regarding collection statuses Document case activity and schedule follow-ups to ensure timely resolution of outstanding claims What is Required (Qualifications)
2-5 years of home infusion billing and/or collections experience High School Diploma and additional specialized training in pharmacy/medical billing and/or collections Minimum of 2 years experience in home infusion therapy Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal Proven knowledge in utilizing the MS Office suite and pharmacy applications How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
