Direct responsibility for daily monitoring, cash, and collection management of a dedicated customer portfolio. Improves company cash flow by proactively communicating with internal stakeholders and external customers. Identifies and resolves root cause issues impacting payments to reduce financial risk. Plays a critical role in maintaining accurate reconciliations and ensuring financial integrity. THE BACKGROUND THAT FITS
Strong Excel skills (v-lookup required; pivot tables a plus). Bilingual skills preferred (Spanish highly valued). Experience in accounts receivable, cash application, or collections. Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities. Excellent communication skills with the ability to work cross-functionally.
