Floating Assistant Property Manager

Atlantic Pacific Companies . The Floating Assistant Property Manager assists in the overall operations of multiple properties within a defined area. The role involves implementing policies, procedures and programs to ensure well-managed, well-maintained buildings. The Floating Assistant Property Manager may assume greater responsibilities and should have knowledge of all aspects of property management. The position requires experience with RealPage, LIHTC/Affordable Housing operations and bilingual English/Spanish. Responsibilities
Travel between properties to assist in day-to-day operations as needed. Answer telephones and provide leasing information, schedule tours, take maintenance requests, assist residents with needs, and related tasks. Work closely with the Property Manager at each site to learn all aspects of management, including administrative and financial duties. Assist in handling resident service requests and various concerns as required. Manage the collection of rent and submit notices as required. Physically inspect properties on a daily basis and check on vacant apartments. Assist with creating monthly reports including but not limited to renewals, rents, leasing, traffic and resident retention programs; ensure HUD/LIHTC compliance paperwork is accurate and timely. Perform several administrative duties. Requirements
One year of LIHTC/Affordable housing experience required. Bilingual in English and Spanish required. RealPage experience required. Proficient in internet software and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook). Industry software Bluemoon, Yieldstart preferred. Associate degree preferred but not required.
