Position Subject to Collective Bargaining Agreement:
$27.00/hour (Union Collective Bargaining Agreement Payscale) Starting pay: $27.00/hour Benefits
Vacation: 5 days per year (after 90 days) Paid Sick Leave: 8 hours monthly full-time / 5 hours monthly part-time Medical, dental, and vision benefits available the first of the month following 30 days of employment, life insurance, 401k, and company holidays All benefits are subject to Union Collective Bargaining Agreement Key Responsibilities
Safety-Focused Operations: Execute operations by following designated routes and schedules, adhering to safety protocols and traffic regulations. Passenger Care: Provide exceptional care and assistance to passengers, ensuring smooth boarding, comfortable rides, and timely disembarkation. Vehicle Vigilance: Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections, report maintenance issues promptly, and maintain cleanliness and safety equipment readiness. Adherence to Protocols: Uphold company policies and procedures, including seat belt enforcement, emergency preparedness, and regulatory compliance. Other duties as required Qualifications
21 years or older Valid CDL Class B with Passenger endorsement or CDL permit with Passenger endorsement Passenger endorsement required Minimum 3 years of driving experience (personal or professional) Excellent communication & customer service skills Ability to work shifts or flexible schedules as needed Subject to DOT drug testing and physical if applicable. DOT Regulation 49 CFR Part 40 prohibits the use of Schedule I drugs, including cannabis Physical Requirements
Work outside in varying temperatures, weather, and humidity; 100% of the job is performed outside; work alone and in remote locations Sit for extended periods (up to 6–8 hours); frequently walk for long distances on possible sloped, slippery, or uneven surfaces Push and pull objects up to 50 pounds; lift up to 50 lbs; occasional bending, kneeling, or crouching Withstand heavy traffic areas and exposure to dust, vehicle fumes, and noise Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.
