We partner with our growers, ranchers, and producers to meet our TRUE standards, ensuring better food for our guests and the planet. Our purpose: empowering more people to eat real food. What you will do: Open and close the line, perform precise line checks and facility walks, complete EcoSure documentation, and address deficiencies. Manage high-volume service periods from the expo or wheel position, ensuring food quality and presentation meet TFK standards. Conduct with BOH and FOH teams, proper follow-up and documentation, and participate in EcoSure & health inspections to ensure a safe environment. Hire and develop back-of-house employees, manage their schedules, and report payroll hours in compliance with company standards and laws. Partner with EC on managing the P&L to maximize profits through food cost, labor, inventory control, and performance. Assist in ordering and invoicing of products. Maintain open communication with the FOH team to ensure adherence to TFK guidelines. We look for people who: Have a passion for culinary excellence and attention to detail. Are resilient under stress and handle last-minute requests effectively. Have more than 3 years of experience as a chef in high-volume, full-service restaurants. Possess advanced knowledge of financial aspects of business operations. Are caring, self-motivated, and capable of leading, coaching, and driving excellence.
