Perform initial assessments, daily progress notes, and ongoing evaluation of critically ill patients Develop and implement treatment plans in collaboration with the attending physician3 Perform and assist in critical care procedures Respond to medical emergencies, including, Code Blue and Rapid Response events Communicate effectively with patients' families regarding care plans, goals of care, and prognosis
