As an Airport Traffic Control Officer in Honolulu, HI, you will serve and safeguard the airport, its facilities, travelers, directing and managing flow of traffic, enforcing security protocols and procedures helping to deter security-related incidents and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere for all visitors and staff. Your presence and routine patrols will support a secure environment while you provide outstanding customer service and clear communication. 20+ Years of Age Valid Driver’s License Ability to use computers - basic computer knowledge Ability to pass a background check, drug screen, and physical exam What You’ll Do

Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise Responsibilities

Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, as well as responding to emergency situations when appropriate Respond to incidents and critical situations at the location in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility and its perimeter to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential concerns Observe and report any unusual activity or security-related incidents to the appropriate personnel Communicate professionally with visitors, staff, and/or contractors while maintaining a visible presence at the location Support emergency response activities as directed by Allied Universal and site management Maintain accurate and detailed records of daily activities, incidents, and/or irregularities encountered during patrols What We’re Looking For

Availability across various days and shifts Reliability and ability to adapt to different post assignments A desire to gain broad experience and grow within the company Interest in transitioning into full-time roles when available Minimum Requirements
