Restaurant Area Manager
to take over leadershipfor their multi-unit region in northwestern Washington state. The general territory is the I-5 corridor, from north of Seattle up to the Canadian border. This company is based in the PortlandOR market, with anexpanding franchise community. They are looking for a self-motivated, problem solving, experienced leader to drive operational excellence and deliver on their brand’s core values of Quality, Service, Integrity, and Team Work. Requirements Ideal candidate will have the following: Outgoing, energeticindividual who is performance driven and able to work independently deliveringnon-stop results. Positive and friendlyattitude with the initiative to appropriately deal with General Managers andemployees in any situation – new store opening and on-going training andoperations. A strong background inMulti-Unit Franchise Operations / Business Management within the QSR/ FastCasual restaurant segment. Both BOH and FOH experience is needed. Proficiencyin foodcosting, labor costing and P&L analysis. Proven ability to setgoals and inspire store level teams toward personal improvement and operationaldevelopment. Strong oral and writtencommunication skills and excellent critical thinking/problem-solving abilities. An individual who isdetailed / action oriented and demonstrates high standards of integrity, trust,and ethics. Salary Range & Benefits Starting salary $55k – $80kbased on past experience.
