We are working with a well-established company in the Midtown Atlanta, GA area that is looking for an Administrative Assistant to join their team. This position requires a Bachelor's Degree and will provide administrative support to the President and multiple Managers.

Responsibilities :
Maintain calendars Make travel arrangements Schedule meetings, prepare meeting agendas, set up the meeting rooms (including telephones, computers, projectors, etc), order lunch/breakfast Compile, transcribe and distribute meeting minutes Answer phones; open/sort mail; sign for and distribute UPS/FedX packages Stock kitchen with supplies Copying, faxing, mailing Prepare expense reports Create/modify reports, memos, letters, spreadsheets, financial statements Order and maintain office supplies and inventory Arrange for repair and maintenance of office equipment Other administrative duties as assigned Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree Proficient with Microsoft Office Professional Suite and Concur Must be a Notary Public or able to secure quickly Must be able to work a routine schedule of 40 hours a week with established hours of 8am to 5pm
