Boden Coon Rapids , a Lifespark Senior Living Community, is looking for an
Administrative Assistant
to join our growing team. Boden Senior Living Coon Rapids is located just outside the heart of downtown Coon Rapids, Minnesota. We help seniors Age Magnificently in our 54-unit, apartment style community providing Assisted Living and Memory Care services. Schedule: Full-time, M-F 8-4, and an MOD weekend rotation. Our Administrative Assistant becomes family and impacts the lives of our residents who live in a Lifespark Senior Living Community. Responsibilities
Create a welcoming environment by greeting all residents, tenants, visitors, and staff. Guide and direct guests, tenants, and residents to appropriate rooms as needed. Answer multiple line telephones in a polite, professional manner. Maintaining scheduling program and conducting education on functionality of the program to staff. Ensure the schedule is current, updated, and replacements are assigned as needed. Assist with the tracking of employee attendance, as needed. Updating and distributing tenant roster each month. Assists in developing and maintaining mailing lists for the facility. Managing and maintaining the phone system and the employee phone list. Qualifications
High school graduate or equivalent. Related administrative experience at a level necessary to accomplish the job is preferred. Previous training in general office duties and equipment. Must be able to relate professionally, positively, and cooperatively with residents, resident’s families, and employees. Must possess advanced computer skills. Benefits
