SAP America, Inc. seeks a
Value Advisor Expert
at our Newtown Square, PA location to focus on strategic‑consultative value selling to customers. The role emphasizes executive value selling vision and strategy for lines of business or industry, executive consultation to build solutions, and partnership with field sales to maximize customer lifetime value.
Responsibilities
Collaborate with customers to link business strategy and outcomes to the experiences they want to enable and to the capabilities needed.
Define and articulate SAP’s executive value selling vision and strategy for lines of business or industry.
Oversee and provide executive consultation to customers and prospects, building solutions to achieve business goals and create value through a holistic model.
Partner with field sales teams to identify revenue opportunities, manage account strategies, and maximize customer lifetime value.
Coach and enable virtual account teams on executive positioning, value propositions, PoV, and product demos.
Navigate a matrix organization, lead structured engagements, and position SAP’s engagements to build the case‑for‑change enabled by SAP solutions.
Use techniques such as design thinking, interviews, and process benchmarking to explore new business models and discover value opportunities.
Oversee and validate the value potential and ROI of SAP‑enabled transformation and embed experience thinking into all collaborative customer discussions.
Launch and curate value proposition content aligned to end‑to‑end processes and key personas across the Intelligent Enterprise.
Mentor junior team members and participate in enablement programs, community of practices, and hubs to share knowledge.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Finance, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field of study and seven (7) years of progressive post‑baccalaureate experience in the job offered or related occupation.
Master’s degree or foreign equivalent in Finance, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field of study and five (5) years of experience in the job offered or related occupation.
Experience must involve five (5) years in the following:
Business Consulting or Business Value Advisor with accountability for a client’s transformation outcomes;
Utilizing process automation and mining and management technology (SAP Signavio or competitor solutions) for continuous value creation;
Client Relationship, Stakeholder and Change Management;
Connecting business and IT transformation to implement in a process‑oriented fashion;
Advising C‑Level and Management Consulting.
Travel: up to 30% domestic and international travel to various and unanticipated customer sites for meetings.

Compensation Annual base salary range: $140,462 – $231,000. Targeted combined range for this position: $194,100 – $330,000. Compensation includes base salary and variable incentive target. Benefits and equity opportunities are available for the role.
