specializing in financial and advisory services for clients across the entertainment industry. With a dynamic team and a client roster that includes some of the most prominent

The firm is seeking a
Senior Staff Accountant
to oversee a portfolio of high-profile clients, managing their financial records and daily cash activities. This is an exciting opportunity to join a top-tier team and make an impact in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.
Key Responsibilities
Manage daily accounting operations, including posting journal entries, maintaining the general ledger, and reconciling accounts to ensure accuracy and completeness.
Reconcile bank accounts, credit card statements, and other financial accounts, ensuring all transactions are properly recorded.
Conduct financial analysis and reporting, providing actionable insights into revenue trends, expense drivers, and overall profitability.
Collaborate with external partners — including clients’
agents, attorneys, and financial advisors
— to deliver seamless financial management and exceptional client service.
Support the year-end audit process by preparing documentation, reconciling accounts, and ensuring compliance with industry standards.
Identify and implement opportunities for
process improvements
to enhance efficiency, reporting accuracy, and client service delivery.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Minimum of
3+ years of accounting experience , ideally within business management, entertainment, or professional services.
Proficiency with
QuickBooks
and strong understanding of accounting principles.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present financial information clearly and build strong relationships with clients and partners.
Ability to thrive in a
fast-paced environment
and manage multiple priorities while meeting deadlines.
