Overview

Revenue Management Specialist (MSSP Portfolio Management), Remote — Aledade, Inc. The Revenue Management Specialist (MSSP Portfolio Management) supports Aledade's ABCOT initiative and MSSP ACO portfolio composition. This role acts as a liaison across multiple departments, collaborating with the Field Team, Performance Operations, Growth, and Impact Analytics to optimize revenue management strategies and ensure effective portfolio management. The Specialist analyzes MSSP data to identify candidates for ABCOT, supports strategic decision-making, and contributes to value-based care initiatives. The role requires strong analytical skills, cross-functional collaboration, and a deep understanding of healthcare revenue management within the MSSP framework. This position is remote with the ability to work from anywhere in the U.S.

Primary Duties

Identify, track, and mitigate risks associated with non-primary care services (e.g., SNF, specialty care) within partner practices. Partner with Market Presidents/Medical Directors, Performance Operations, and external partners to develop and present ABCOT solutions to practices.

Manage and contribute to ABCOT and ACO composition projects by tracking key metrics, supporting dashboards, ensuring metric adherence, and preparing reports to provide leaders with actionable insights.

Support ACO composition by leveraging analytics to optimize practice placement into groups, increasing the likelihood of achieving greater shared savings each year. Collaborate primarily with Growth and Field teams.

Deliver analytics and visual materials for written and slide-based communications (e.g., quarterly updates, memos, practice presentations) to support the Senior Manager, Revenue Management.

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in business, health administration, or public policy.

4+ years of experience related to the business of healthcare.

Advanced Excel or Google Sheets skills and experience with large, complex, and often incomplete data sets; ability to create scalable cross-team tools and reports; proficiency with Index/Match, XLOOKUP, pivot tables, and basic macros.

Proficient Google Slides skills, including storyboarding; ability to translate complex analyses into engaging slides and draft executive-level materials.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills with experience in complex stakeholder management.

Preferred KSA's

Knowledge of the Medicare Shared Savings Program and other healthcare business models.

Proven track record of collaborating with clinical and operational colleagues across an organization.

Experience explaining complex business concepts to stakeholders and decision makers.

Experience using Google Suite, Excel, Salesforce, Tableau, and Monday.com (preferred but not required).

Physical Requirements

Sitting for prolonged periods; extensive computer and keyboard use. Occasional walking and lifting may be required.

Ability to travel up to 10% as needed.

Salary: $80,000 - $92,000 base + bonus + equity. Compensation will depend on qualifications, skills, competencies, and experience.
