Create a safe, engaging, and nurturing classroom environment Implement developmentally appropriate curriculum with your teaching team Observe and support children’s interests and developmental milestones Communicate effectively with families about their child’s progress Promote positive social behaviors and model respectful interactions Plan a balanced daily schedule with a mix of indoor/outdoor and active/quiet activities Compensation & Benefits:
