General Description
Do you love Jesus and have a passion to serve individuals with disabilities? We are looking for Camp SunSparrow Counselors who will be servant-leaders to SunSparrow volunteers and campers as well as support staff to the SunSparrow Leadership Team. To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to demonstrate a love for others, a desire to serve, and be seeking opportunities to grow in leadership. In this role, Counselors will have the opportunity to foster a fun and positive camping environment for campers with intellectual and developmental disabilities, while being an encouraging example to fellow staff, volunteers, and campers alike. Evening and overnight stay and respectful participation will be a requirement in this leadership position. Camp SunSparrow Counselors must be at least 16 years of age. Specifics & Compensation
Contracted, seasonal position $360-410/week. 2026 dates of contract period will July and August. The employee in this position is required to live on the camp premises. All housing and meals are provided during the contract period. Details
