Rick Sanchez, our agency owner, is a Saint Thomas University graduate and former Division I collegiate baseball player. A man of faith, Rick is passionate about making a difference in the lives of his team and clients. He supports charities such as Boys & Girls Clubs of America and St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital. Our office culture emphasizes family, respect, and collaboration. We provide our team members with tools, training, and support to succeed. Establish and follow up on customer relationships as needed. Use a needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options. Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market suitable products and services. What You Will Receive
