About the role (MUST LIVE IN NEW MEXICO)

This is a fully remote position.

What you'll do

Develop the New Mexico territory and demonstrate execution by meeting sales targets

Perform product demonstrations, deliveries, and regular customer follow up visits

Meet sales goals through collaboration with leadership and regular forecasting of opportunities

Utilize a consultative approach with customers, and work to drive customer satisfaction

Serve as key contact to customers

Cold call potential clients and set in person meetings in hard to penetrate customer sites

Drive appropriate product utilization and make recommendations accordingly

Generate and confirm appointments through prospecting, building a consistent pipeline to meet sales goals for new business

Build value-added relationships with prospects within assigned territory and develop new client accounts to increase revenue

Actively participate in scheduled company meetings, conference calls etc.

Maintain working knowledge of all MaxxForce products and services

Fully utilize the company CRM and leverage it to grow a robust pipeline

Qualifications

1 - 3 years of experience with Outside Sales in a competitive environment with a record of success exceeding sales targets

Ability to work in a collaborative and fast-paced sales environment with minimal assistance

Demonstrated ability to learn the technical aspects of product offered and leverage that knowledge to execute on sales goals

Ability to consult with customers and identify tooling solutions that address their challenges

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Highly self-motivated and results-oriented

Strong presentation, organization, multitasking, and time management skills

Experience with Microsoft Office, including PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook
