Metia is looking for a Junior Sales Executive to support our U.S. Sales team in Los Angeles. This entry-level role is perfect for someone with the right personality, drive, and ambition who wants to learn the ropes and grow into a full Sales Executive role.
What You’ll Do
Set up meetings for the sales executive and ensure smooth handoffs with prospects. Proactively make cold calls and engage with potential clients. Manage a pipeline of clients and support the executive team in opening the right doors – including at c-suite level Confidently interact with people face-to-face, over the phone, and via email. Learn proven sales techniques and gain exposure to the full sales cycle. Support client relationship-building activities and help keep the pipeline moving. Bring energy, follow-through, and resilience to help drive new opportunities. What We’re Looking For Confident communicator who enjoys speaking with new people and building connections. Action-driven, ambitious, and motivated by results. Organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently. No prior sales experience required—we value attitude, energy, and willingness to learn. Experience in marketing, client-facing roles, hospitality, or customer service is a plus. Why Join Metia?
