Builds a Great Team – deliver exceptional customer service and develop high performing teams; recruit top talent; ensure team members have knowledge and tools for success; provide on-the-spot feedback and ongoing development; treat team members with respect and dignity Sets Clear Direction – establish and communicate a clear vision; champion company goals; create measurable strategies and manage short- and long-term goals Drives the Business – identify opportunities to increase sales and profitability; monitor performance; analyze sales trends; initiate change with creative ideas Leads with Passion – promote teamwork; motivate team members with energy and optimism; foster leadership at all levels Influence and Inspire – set clear expectations; provide ongoing constructive feedback; recognize and reward outstanding performance Act with Integrity Always – demonstrate trust and reliability; deliver on commitments; lead by example Qualifications
2+ years of retail leadership experience Self-directed with excellent organizational and time management skills Outstanding customer service, written and verbal communication skills Ability to use computerized point of sale system; SAP experience preferred Must be able to work weekends as required 18 years of age and High School Diploma or equivalent GED, preferred Must be able to lift up to 20 lbs and stand/walk throughout shift A Cosmetology license is a plus, but not required Salary Range
