Responsibilities:
Desk deals
Help salesmen put deals together
Completing Manager Turnovers
Ensure follow-up with all prospects who visit the dealership (manage desk log, hots, appointments)
Maintain vehicles on the lot - organization, snow removal, etc.
Be available and open to help all associates who may need it, regardless of the department they are in
Manage individual sales team
Conduct weekly 1-on-1's with salesmen
Conduct/assist with weekly team meetings
Ensure proper training certification is complete & CSI standards are met
Monthly tracking and performance evaluation
Manage CSI
Requirements:
High school diploma, GED or college degree
Previous automotive industry experience is a must. Preferably sales.
Teamwork mentality
Driven attitude
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and changing environment
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Available to work mornings, evenings and Saturdays
Customer service experience is a plus
Experience in a competitive environment (like sports) is a plus
Experience with commission-based sales
