Position Overview: We are seeking an Account Manager to support the success and expansion of our health plan programs. This cross-functional role combines client relations, program coordination, and outreach marketing. Other functions and responsibilities will be added as needed. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator, an organized project manager, and a team player with a passion for healthcare innovation and a willingness to grow their skills in a fast-paced environment. This broad-ranging position will offer the right candidate the flexibility to grow skills and experience in the areas that most align with their passions, abilities, and goals. Responsibilities: Client Management Serve as a point of contact for health plan partners Coordinate meetings, timelines, and deliverables across internal teams Support the launch of new programs and ensure smooth execution Develop and present updates and reports to internal and external stakeholders Help create and distribute patient-facing communications, including: Call scripts , Text/SMS campaigns, Direct mail Automated email workflows Website content Ensure all materials align with branding and partner guidelines Track campaign performance and recommend optimizations Light Analytics Support Assist with basic tracking of program performance metrics Contribute to small-scale A/B testing efforts (e.g., messaging, timing) Help collect feedback and insights to inform program improvements Coordinate with data analysts to interpret and visualize key results Qualifications: Preferred Experience: 2–5 years in account management, marketing, or program coordination Experience in healthcare, especially with health plans or patient outreach Familiarity with telehealth, member engagement, or preventive care services Skills & Tools: Strong interpersonal and project management skills Excellent verbal and written communication Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint Experience with CRMs or marketing platforms (e.g., Zoho, Salesforce) Basic familiarity with campaign tracking, A/B testing, or email automation Exposure to graphic design or content tools (Adobe Creative Suite is a plus) Nice to Have: Understanding of HIPAA or other healthcare compliance standards Experience collaborating across technical, clinical, and creative teams Interest in learning more about growth analytics and digital strategy EEO/AAP Statement: DocGo is an equal opportunity employer.
