Overview
CRM Lead (Developer or Architect) – Hybrid full‑time position in Middletown, PA with the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania – Pennsylvania Turnpike Commission (PTC).
Responsibilities
Study and understand the PTC’s current and desired Microsoft CE application, configurations, and technologies.
Coordinate changes and designs to the CBOS and UBOS and other PTC technologies to meet needs and follow standards and policies.
Architect and build a roadmap for delivery and mentor a team of CRM and full‑stack developers.
Ensure successful delivery for the CRM, portal, and web app as part of the UBOS project.
Advise PTC leadership on current trends in Microsoft CE applications and functionalities and represent PTC in stakeholder meetings and reports.
Develop Microsoft CE customizations and configurations, support integrations with middleware, ERP systems, payment gateways, phone systems, etc., and act as an expert for Data Migration to Microsoft CRM.
Document all work – technical designs, diagrams, test plans, scripts, impact analysis reports, lessons learned, best practices – and follow PTC formats and templates.
Work independently, adhere to PTC standards, policies, and procedures, and perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
10+ years Microsoft CE application development as lead developer or architect.
5+ years Microsoft Certified Solution Architect for business applications (including Power Platform or Customer Engagement Fast Track Solution Architect).
Strong experience deploying solutions using D365 CE and Power Platform, leveraging AI and Machine Learning to build business applications.
Integration experience – event‑driven decoupled architecture, SAP ERP pricing, billing, and financial integrations, and payment gateway.
Payment processing – digital wallets, peer‑to‑peer payment methods, social media natural language IVR, chat‑bot, and contact center systems.
Microsoft MVP (Business Applications category) and/or Power Apps, CoPilot Studio.
Azure AI Fundamentals or similar AI or Machine Learning certifications.
Microsoft Dynamics related certifications.
4‑Year degree in Business Management or Information Systems.
