We’re looking for an experienced Regional Sales Manager to lead our high-performing sales team in North Central United States (Minnesota, Iowa, Missouri, North & South Dakota, Nebraska). This Is a Key Leadership Role Responsible For: Driving profitable growth and market share Building strong relationships with distributors and end users Inspiring and developing a talented sales team Executing ITW Welding’s North American sales strategy in a dynamic and competitive market If you thrive on building relationships, leading people, and making a measurable impact, this is the role for you. What You’ll Do
Lead & Inspire: Provide clarity, direction, and motivation to the regional sales team to achieve ambitious goals. Develop Talent: Coach and support team members, creating a strong, diverse pipeline of talent for the future. Strengthen Partnerships: Build and maintain strategic relationships with key distribution partners. Align & Execute: Collaborate with divisional sales leaders to target high-potential accounts and drive growth. Engage Customers: Connect with end users to understand their needs and influence preference for ITW Welding solutions. What You’ll Bring
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience (master’s preferred) 5+ years of sales or sales management experience in a technical, industrial, or manufacturing environment Proven leadership and team development skills Strong understanding of distribution channel management Exceptional communication, strategic thinking, and organizational skills Proficiency in MS Office and CRM platforms (Salesforce.com preferred) Ability and willingness to travel up to 50% overnight Why ITW Welding?
