Responsibilities
As a Management Trainee (MT), you’ll start learning our business from day one while based at a neighborhood branch. You will: Serve as the face of Enterprise to customers and partners, and as the behind-the-scenes operational expert Participate in a structured program to eventually run your own branch, cultivate new business, and develop a team Receive guidance, mentoring, and support in a hands-on learning environment Engage in community outreach to establish relationships essential to building your own business Learn excellence in customer service, sales and marketing, finance, and operations while upholding a customer-first culture Equal Opportunity Employer/Disability/Veterans Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or be within 1 semester of graduating with a Bachelor’s degree Valid driver’s license with no more than two moving violations and/or at-fault accidents in the past 3 years No DWI/DUI/DWAI or other drug and/or alcohol-related convictions on driving record in the past 5 years Authorized to work in the United States and not require work sponsorship now or in the future
