Global Equipment Sales Approach
Our customer-focused sales approach includes: Planning and Organizing:
Develop and manage tactical account/territory sales plans, analyze clients to assess needs, values, and purchasing behavior, and execute sales strategies including prospecting, cold calling, and identifying decision makers. Relationship Building:
Build trust and credibility, understand customer needs through strategic questioning, and assist in finding solutions to help achieve their goals. Product Knowledge:
Understand industry and product trends, utilize internal resources for information, and stay updated on new product offerings. Communication Skills:
Communicate effectively verbally and in writing, build rapport, and persuade through intelligent questioning. Competencies and Skills
Requires a Bachelor's degree in business or marketing, or at least 2 years of B2B sales experience. Must have proficiency in inside sales elements like cold calling, business development, and customer qualification. Strong sales planning, communication, and computer skills are essential, along with a proven track record of exceeding revenue targets and experience with enterprise accounts.
