Position Overview:
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Inside Sales Support Specialist to join our team. This role supports our sales staff, assists customers in our showroom and over the phone, and ensures smooth handling of quotes, orders, and follow-up.
Responsibilities:
• Greet and assist walk-in customers and handle phone/email inquiries
• Prepare and follow up on quotes and sales orders
• Support outside sales reps with paperwork, scheduling, and product details
• Maintain product knowledge of windows, doors, and related materials
• Enter customer information accurately into our system
• Provide excellent customer service and help guide customers through the buying process
Qualifications:
• Previous experience in customer service, inside sales, or office support (preferred, but not required)
• Experience in the windows or home improvement industry (preferred, but not required)
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency with computers, Microsoft Office, and CRM systems
• Positive, team-oriented attitude
