Sr. Market Performance Analyst
to join our team in
Franklin, TN . The role will drive customer acquisition and retention by developing and executing strategic CRM campaigns, owning the full campaign lifecycle from ideation to analysis, and using data-driven insights to inform and optimize our digital marketing strategy. A Day in the Life
Drive customer engagement and growth by managing end-to-end campaigns within Salesforce Marketing Cloud. Improve campaign effectiveness by analyzing performance data and translating insights into optimized strategies. Increase brand awareness and audience engagement by developing and executing multi-channel digital marketing and social media initiatives. Utilize project management and communication skills to effectively manage campaigns and collaborate with internal teams. Required
7+ years of experience with a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. Proven ability to create and manage successful campaigns using Salesforce Marketing Cloud. Advanced skills in data analysis using tools like Google Analytics to measure campaign ROI and extract insights. Strong understanding of digital marketing principles, with hands-on experience executing multi-channel campaigns. Expertise in developing and implementing social media strategies to engage and expand online communities.
