Job Description The Strategic Account Manager (SAM) represents SkinMedica, DiamondGlow, and Latisse brands, promoting the product portfolio to targeted aesthetic customers within a designated geographic area. The focus is on direct selling of physician‑dispensed skincare and skin resurfacing systems, executing pull‑through programs/events, and collaborating with cross‑functional teams to maximize coverage.
Responsibilities
Leverage Allergan Medical resources to enhance adoption of the SkinMedica portfolio, including non‑invasive resurfacing equipment and consumables.
Collaborate with Facial Aesthetics, Plastic Surgery, CoolSculpting, APCs, Marketing, and other Allergan sales forces.
Achieve sales quotas for skincare, consumables, and equipment; develop call plans and execute marketing initiatives.
Educate customers on device and product features through presentations and trainings.
Maintain accurate sales reporting, use of tools, and timely corporate requests.
Exhibit integrity, adaptability, and strong inter‑personal skills while maintaining compliance with all policies.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in health, sciences, pharmacy, business, or equivalent experience.
Minimum 3+ years of sales experience, preferably B2B2C in aesthetics or related fields.
Valid driver’s license; ability to travel and lift 50 lbs.
Strong analytical, business, and communication skills; proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
