Retail Field Sales Representative

to join the team in the

Dallas–Fort Worth (DFW) area . Successful candidates must pass a background check, drug screen, employment verification, and education verification. This sales representative will be focused on real estate agents and their clients. They will be responsible for driving referral-based sales by building and maintaining relationships with realtors within their assigned territory. Represent the brand at designated retail partner locations to drive customer enrollments Implement sales strategies to meet or exceed daily and monthly goals Travel within the assigned market to identify and activate new business opportunities Deliver exceptional customer experiences and match energy plans to customer needs Attend and contribute to team meetings and training sessions Maintain accurate records and adhere to compliance and documentation standards Skills/Characteristics: Strong interpersonal and communication skills; natural ability to connect with people Proven ability to exceed sales targets in a face-to-face sales environment Energetic, self-motivated, and goal-oriented with a competitive edge Confident, polished, and professional demeanor High resilience and a “no-quit” attitude—driven to turn a "no" into a "yes" Team-oriented with the ability to also work independently Bilingual proficiency is a plus Qualifications: High school diploma or GED required 2–5 years of hands-on, face-to-face sales experience; B2B or account management a plus Career ambition in sales leadership or business development Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel); SAP experience preferred Strong analytical and organizational skills Must pass background check, drug screening, and employment/education verification Seniority level
