As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for clients, supporting pet owners and our medical team. Your duties include: Greeting clients warmly in person or over the phone. Handling communications via calls, texts, emails, and messaging platforms. Managing patient check-ins, scheduling, and confirmations. Explaining treatment fees and invoicing. Providing information on services and educating clients on pet care. Managing medical records and electronic correspondence. Participating in ongoing training and development to improve customer service skills. Position Details
Full-Time: 10-hour shifts (Sun-Wed) in Surgery/Emergency Critical Care Department. Part-Time: 8-hour shifts in Internal Medicine. Qualifications
Minimum 3 years of customer service experience. Previous experience in a medical or veterinary setting preferred. Strong communication and organizational skills. Compassionate, reliable, and able to work under pressure. What We Offer
