Digital Solutions is seeking a Sales Manager who will be part of the Plant Growth Team and report to the Plant Growth Manager in the Americas.
This role is based at our DNV office in Houston (TX), with a dynamic hybrid schedule where employees typically spend three (3) days per week working from either a DNV office or a client location/site. Further details regarding role-specific requirements will be shared during the interview process.
What you'll do
Own the end-to-end sales process and meet sales targets.
Focus on expanding sales to existing customers and prospecting for new clients.
Investigate the market and establish a sales plan to achieve targets.
Lead customer-facing activities within your territory, becoming the go-to person for clients.
Attend client meetings, conferences, and engage stakeholders as required.
Increase exposure and market knowledge of DNV Digital Solutions products within the Plant product portfolio.
Implement cross-DNV Business Area sales strategies to offer compelling value propositions.
Use the CRM system to record all leads and opportunities for effective tracking.
Develop long-lasting, resilient client relationships that benefit both parties.
Collaborate with the wider commercial and Product Line teams; this role is not for a lone wolf.
