Part-Time Sales Manager
to join our team remotely. This role is ideal for a self-motivated sales professional with a strong understanding of the beverage distribution industry and a passion for brand growth. The Sales Manager will be responsible for cultivating client relationships, expanding market share, and supporting strategic sales initiatives across key territories. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement regional or account-specific sales strategies in collaboration with leadership. Build strong relationships with key retail, on-premise, and distribution partners to drive sales volume and brand visibility. Identify new business opportunities and channels for growth in emerging or underdeveloped markets. Monitor sales metrics, analyze trends, and adjust tactics based on performance data. Collaborate with marketing and brand teams to execute promotions, tastings, and virtual campaigns. Provide timely reporting and feedback on market activity, competitor movement, and customer needs. Act as a brand ambassador, maintaining expert-level knowledge of portfolio offerings. Qualifications: 5+ years of sales or account management experience in the beverage industry (beer, wine, spirits strongly preferred). Strong understanding of distributor and retail dynamics, including pricing, merchandising, and promotions. Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets with minimal supervision. Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills. Tech-savvy and proficient in CRM systems, Excel, and remote collaboration tools (e.g., Zoom, Microsoft Teams). Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred. Must be 21+ years of age.
