Account Executive
to join our team. We are looking for an experienced, results-driven Account Executive to serve as a vital connection between our clients, internal account teams, and cross-functional departments. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in a marketing, advertising, or creative agency environment, with strong project coordination, client relationship management, and strategic execution skills. Prior experience in marketing, advertising, or a creative agency is preferred, with familiarity in supporting travel, tourism, or hospitality brands considered a strong asset. This role requires problem-solving skills, the ability to manage multiple priorities, and a proactive, client-focused approach in a fast-paced setting. Client Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients; serve as the primary point of contact for initial requests. Campaign Management:
Oversee the execution of advertising and marketing campaigns, ensuring timely completion and alignment with client directives. Scheduling and Coordination:
Collaborate with external clients and internal departments to develop and monitor project schedules, ensuring on-time delivery of all jobs and projects. Communication:
Keep clients informed about campaign progress, timelines, and deliverables through regular updates and prepare reports for senior management review. Issue Resolution:
Proactively troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during the campaign to maintain workflow and client satisfaction. Reporting and Analysis:
Track campaign performance metrics and provide clients with comprehensive performance reports and insights. Account Management:
Receive and process all incoming orders, providing clients with detailed weekly updates and managing job orders to ensure timely completion. Support Tasks:
Assist various departments (e.g., accounting, creative) with miscellaneous tasks as required and oversee quality checks of final deliverables before client delivery. Documentation:
Maintain accurate records of client communications and project statuses in the company’s project management system. Strong organizational skills and time management abilities. Excellent problem-solving and multitasking capabilities. Proficiency in client communication and drafting project briefs. Understanding of traditional media and digital marketing strategies.
