Be the expert:
Look for growth opportunities to be driven through advertising, marketing and digital mediums (promotional/in-store opportunities and advertising). Interact with retailers regional teams (multi-store accounts) to improve product placement and brand. Drive sales:
Drive net sales and profitability through monitoring sales for trends, receipts, inventory and markdowns for accuracy and discrepancies on a monthly basis. Anticipate needs of accounts and react quickly. Manage:
Manage sell-through at retail to improve brand demand as well as deliver increased retailer gross margins. Communicate with accounts and office regarding sales, shipments, and markdowns. Provide weekly reports:
Ongoing planning and analyzing business strategies. Create and maintain accurate sales forecasts. Forecast returns, allowances and advertising funding, as needed. Perks and Benefits

Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent combination of education and experience Previous sales experience preferably with department stores and/or independent/specialty stores Experience with both field and corporate working relationships SAP experience preferred Caleres is an Equal Opportunity Employer by choice.
