POSITION SNAPSHOT: Our client is an OEM in Additive Manufacturing 3D Printing hardware and they are seeking to add to their team in the U.S. They are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Inside Sales Representative to play a dual-role in driving pipeline growth and supporting the operational efficiency of the Sales and Marketing team. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, technical environment and enjoys both customer engagement and internal coordination. As a key contributor to lead generation and qualification, you will manage inbound inquiries from marketing campaigns, trade shows, and webinars, while also conducting outbound outreach via email, phone, and LinkedIn to identify and nurture potential customers. You’ll coordinate discovery calls, product demos, and technical sessions, ensuring seamless communication between prospects and internal teams. Maintaining CRM data integrity (HubSpot), tracking lead progression, and reporting on funnel metrics are central to your role, as is collaborating with Marketing to refine messaging and improve conversion strategies. Manage inbound inquiries from marketing campaigns, trade shows, and webinars. Conduct outbound outreach via email, phone, and LinkedIn to identify and nurture potential customers. Coordinate discovery calls, product demos, and technical sessions; ensure seamless communication between prospects and internal teams. Maintain CRM data integrity (HubSpot), track lead progression, and report on funnel metrics. Collaborate with Marketing to refine messaging and improve conversion strategies. Provide essential administrative support to the broader sales organization, including quote generation, document preparation, and customer-facing materials. Assist the VP of Sales & Marketing and Key Account Manager with calendar coordination, meeting prep, and travel planning. Track open quotes, purchase orders, and contract statuses. Maintain internal documentation and sales collateral libraries; coordinate cross-functional communication between Sales, Engineering, Customer Success, and Operations. Support the preparation of performance reports and executive briefings. Qualifications
1-3 years of experience in inside sales or sales coordination. Strong communication and organizational skills. Proficiency in CRM platforms. Background in manufacturing or hardware B2B sales is a plus. Familiarity with additive manufacturing or CAD workflows is a plus. Location
