Our client is seeking an Inside Sales Business Development Representative. In this role, you’ll be responsible for qualifying new leads, coordinating meetings and communications, and supporting the internal processes that keep our sales team running smoothly. You\'ll work closely with the VP of Sales & Marketing and the Key Account Manager to execute account-level and departmental tasks that contribute directly to customer satisfaction and revenue growth.

This is a remote position but must reside within the greater Orlando, FL area to visit the office as needed for meetings and customer demos. Key responsibilities

Qualify inbound leads from marketing campaigns, website inquiries, webinars, and trade shows Conduct outbound outreach via email, phone, and LinkedIn to identify and nurture potential customers Coordinate discovery calls, product demos, and technical sessions between prospects and internal team Maintain CRM data integrity (HubSpot), track activity metrics, and monitor lead progression Report on lead quality, sales funnel metrics, and campaign performance Collaborate with Marketing to align messaging and improve lead conversion strategies Assist with quote generation, document preparation, and customer-facing material Support the VP of Sales & Marketing and broader sales team with calendar coordination, meeting prep, and travel planning Track open quotes, purchase orders, shipments, and contract status Maintain internal documentation, templates, and sales collateral library Coordinate cross-functional communication between Sales, Engineering, Customer Success, and Operations Support the preparation of sales performance reports, pipeline reviews, and executive briefings Qualifications

1–3 years of experience in inside sales, business development, sales coordination, or a similar administrative role Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Proficiency in CRM platforms like HubSpot (preferred), Salesforce, or equivalents Comfortable working in a technical environment and juggling multiple priorities Self-starter with a customer-first mindset and a collaborative approach Nice to have

Background in manufacturing or hardware B2B sales Interest or experience in additive manufacturing, engineering, or technical product lines Familiarity with CAD, slicing software, or manufacturing workflows Experience supporting sales or customer success in enterprise or government accounts Seniority level
