Demand Generation Manager (HubSpot & Nurturing Focus) — Sunrise, FL (On-site). Base pay range: $80,000.00/yr - $100,000.00/yr. Role focuses on lead generation, nurturing, and pipeline acceleration with deep expertise in email marketing and HubSpot, plus oversight of webinars, social media campaigns, PR, branding initiatives, influencer partnerships, and podcasts. Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation & Nurturing
— Develop, execute, and optimize demand generation campaigns across email, events, webinars, and digital channels; own and manage nurturing marketing processes and build workflows for every funnel stage; segment audiences and create automated nurture campaigns within HubSpot to improve MQL-to-SQL conversion. Marketing Automation & HubSpot
— Manage HubSpot for lead capture, scoring, segmentation, and reporting; continuously refine lead scoring models and nurture paths aligned with sales objectives. Events, Webinars & Trade Shows
— Plan and execute end-to-end logistics, promotion, and follow-up; ensure event leads are properly tagged, nurtured, and converted post-event. Brand, PR & Communications
— Drive brand awareness through PR campaigns, social media, influencer collaborations, and podcast production; partner with internal teams and agencies to maintain consistent messaging and branding. Cross-Functional Collaboration
— Work with sales, product, and content teams to align messaging and campaigns with pipeline goals; provide regular reporting and insights on campaign performance, ROI, and lead quality. Qualifications
5+ years in demand generation, marketing communications, or growth marketing. Excellent project management and cross-team collaboration abilities. Strong expertise in HubSpot (automation, workflows, lead scoring, reporting). Proven track record in email marketing and lead nurturing. Experience managing webinars and digital events. Familiarity with PR, branding, influencers, and podcasts as part of integrated marketing. Experience with AI-based platforms or automation tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Jasper, Salesforce Einstein, HubSpot AI, LinkedIn Campaign Manager AI, or HRIS with AI capabilities). Ability to integrate AI insights into daily operations to improve performance, reporting, and strategic outcomes. Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and reporting skills.
